GLUMPUPPET RETURNS TO CONNECTICON! <\/a><\/h1>\n<\/header>\n

Hi gang! GlumPuppet will be at ConnectiCon<\/a><\/strong> in Hartford this weekend (July 10-12, 2015)! Come visit us at booth PER-2 (it\u2019s kinda near the doors to the dealer room), and we (Lana and Kurt) will be participating in the Cosplay Roast of The Doctor<\/strong> at 9:30 on Friday night (July 10, 2015) in the Main Events hall.<\/p>\n

GlumPuppet will also be performing a set as part of the ConnectiCrawl at 7:30 on Saturday (July 11, 2015) night at Vaughn\u2019s Public House<\/strong> (59 Pratt St, Hartford, CT). (They are calling the ConnectCrawl the \u201cCon-Vivial Fest 2015\u2033 this year.)<\/p>\n

GlumPuppet will perform a short opening set on Monday, June 15th, opening for Danielle Ate the Sandwich at Hamden Best Video. Doors 7:30; show starts promptly at 8 pm. There is a $5 cover.<\/p>\n

Danielle Ate the Sandwich<\/strong> is an amazing singer\/songwriter. From her website<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Danielle Ate the Sandwich is the stage name of indie-folk, songwriter, Danielle Anderson. Danielle is best known for her homemade and quirky YouTube videos and her recent work, composing the original soundtrack to the HBO documentary film \u201cPacked in a Trunk: The Lost Art of Edith Lake Wilkinson.\u201d Her music career began modestly at open mic nights in Fort Collins, Colorado, and was unexpectedly jumpstarted by the popularity of her YouTube videos<\/a>, that showcase her songs and silly personality. The true power of Danielle Ate the Sandwich, however, is her ability to sing stories both grand and small, with sweet vocals and thoughtful, honest lyrics. Danielle Ate the Sandwich has been touring nationally since 2009, cultivating a loyal and dedicated fan base, affectionately referred to as \u2018Fanwiches.\u2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Come see Pocket Vinyl, one of Drosh’s favorite bands. Eric plays piano in a very animated way and sings energetically while Elizabeth paints an entire oil painting. At the end of the evening, they auction off the painting!<\/p>\n

Lana Peck and Kurt “Drosh” Boucher of GlumPuppet.com will open for them with their special brand of songs, videos, and mayhem!<\/p>\n
