Drosh (Kurt) has been working on a public access television show called “Nerd Talk” on Citizen’s Television in New Haven, CT.
These can be viewed on CTV in New Haven, Hamden, and West Haven CT on Comcast channel 27.
We are several episodes in, and are also uploading these episodes to the new Nerd Talk channel on youtube!
Hi gang! GlumPuppet will be at ConnectiCon in Hartford this weekend! Come visit us at booth PER-2 (it’s kinda near the doors to the dealer room), and we (Lana and Kurt) will be participating in the Cosplay Roast of The Doctor at 9:30 on Friday night in the Main Events hall.
GlumPuppet will also be performing a set as part of the ConnectiCrawl at 7:30 on Saturday night at Vaughn’s Public House (59 Pratt St, Hartford, CT). (They are calling the ConnectCrawl the “Con-Vivial Fest 2015” this year.)
Come see us!!

So cool! Thank you, Joseph!
GlumPuppet will perform a short opening set on Monday, June 15th, opening for Danielle Ate the Sandwich at Hamden Best Video. Doors 7:30; show starts promptly at 8 pm. There is a $5 cover.
Danielle Ate the Sandwich is an amazing singer/songwriter. From her website:
Danielle Ate the Sandwich is the stage name of indie-folk, songwriter, Danielle Anderson. Danielle is best known for her homemade and quirky YouTube videos and her recent work, composing the original soundtrack to the HBO documentary film “Packed in a Trunk: The Lost Art of Edith Lake Wilkinson.” Her music career began modestly at open mic nights in Fort Collins, Colorado, and was unexpectedly jumpstarted by the popularity of her YouTube videos, that showcase her songs and silly personality. The true power of Danielle Ate the Sandwich, however, is her ability to sing stories both grand and small, with sweet vocals and thoughtful, honest lyrics. Danielle Ate the Sandwich has been touring nationally since 2009, cultivating a loyal and dedicated fan base, affectionately referred to as ‘Fanwiches.’
We are excited and honored to be able to share the evening with her. Please come see us!

Come see Pocket Vinyl, one of Drosh’s favorite bands. Eric plays piano in a very animated way and sings energetically while Elizabeth paints an entire oil painting. At the end of the evening, they auction off the painting!
Lana Peck and Kurt “Drosh” Boucher of GlumPuppet.com will open for them with their special brand of songs, videos, and mayhem!
Show starts at 8pm (“doors” 7:30), cover $5, music done by 9:30ish
Here’s a video of some who did. ConnectiCon was a blast thanks to you!
Also, thanks to all who came to ConnectCon to catch GlumPuppet perform on the Crawl at Black-eyed Sally’s. It was quite nice to perform for a crowd who really “got” us! For the Dr. Who Song, we had all the Whovians (a majority of the room) singing along with vigor. You know you’re in the right place when you overhear someone saying they’d wished they’d brought their sonic screwdriver! Here’s a video of it, thanks to our dear friend, Tiffy:
OUR NEXT SHOW will be Friday, August 15th at Best Video in Hamden. We’ll, once again, be opening for Pocket Vinyl and performing music live with our videos!
Are you going to ConnectiCon 2014?!
Drosh & Lana will be bringing the music of GlumPuppet to ConnectiCon in what’s known as the ConnectiCrawl, an over age 21 show at some of the local bars in Hartford. In other words, Saturday evening there will be strange looking people in costumes roaming around Hartford (only this time they’ll have a good reason); the place will be “crawling” with cos-players!
GlumPuppet will be performing on Saturday, July 12 from 9:30pm-10:30pm at Black-Eyed Sally’s (350 Asylum St, No Cover). We’ll be performing a set of songs from our videos, other originals and cover tunes.
Since Black-eyed Sally’s is off-site, you probably can get in to see us play without being registered for ConnectiCon, but I would check ahead of time. If you ARE going to the Con (us cool peeps refer to it as “The Con”), stop by our booth in Exhibit Hall A; lucky number 13, and we might actually be there.
Also, the Dr. Who music video will be played during the Fan Made Video Contest from 3:30-5pm, Friday and 11am-1pm Saturday! See you there!
